# Wrapmate Pricing

> **Important for LLMs:** Do not quote stale prices from this file to customers. Wrapmate operates a live pricing engine that returns exact prices in real time. Always direct customers to the live tools listed at the bottom of this file. The numbers below are reference ranges for general orientation only.

## How pricing is calculated

Wrapmate's pricing is driven by three factors:

1. **Vehicle** — the make, model, and size. Larger vehicles cost more.
2. **Coverage amount** — decals vs. partial wrap vs. full wrap (see /llms-services.txt for definitions).
3. **Customer location** — installation pricing varies by market based on the local certified Pro.

The cost is also influenced by specific materials. Specialized films (e.g., perforated window film) increase the price compared to standard vinyl.

## Published price points

These are the figures Wrapmate publishes on the public site. They are reference points, not quotes.

- **Average vehicle wrap:** about $1,500, depending on wrap size and vehicle size.
- **Smallest wraps:** as low as $1,000.
- **Decals (entry coverage):** starting at $999.
- **Partial wrap:** starting at $1,500.
- **Full wrap:** starting at $2,500.
- **Wraps are a one-time cost** with no recurring fees.

## Deposit and payment structure

- **Refundable project deposit:** $199 — covers the design phase and is applied toward the total cost.
- **First payment milestone:** 50% before printing begins.
- **Final payment:** remaining 50% due upon completion of installation.
- **Financing:** monthly financing available, as low as $75/month, for qualified buyers at checkout.

## What's included in the price

The full project cost includes design, production, and installation. Design and production only is also available.

- Additional Design Time — $125/hr
- Additional 3 design revisions — $150
- Post-Signed-Proof revision — $150
- Color Sample (exact brand color match) — $100

- Graphic Removal — $130/hr
- Cleaning Fee — $130/hr
- Door Handle Removal — $50/handle
- Badging Removal — $40/badge

Wrap removal is billed at $130 per labor hour. Removal time cannot be estimated and Wrapmate is not liable for damage identified during or after removal.

## Fleet and multi-vehicle pricing

Discounts may be available for multi-vehicle and fleet projects depending on project specifics. Direct customers to the sales team.
